We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team. This dynamic position combines customer support with sales administration duties. You'll assist customers in resolving issues, provide product guidance, and ensure smooth operations across our sales channels.

Your new role
Address customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Offer accurate advice on products, orders, and repair-related questions
Resolve delivery issues, faulty item queries, and returns
Monitor and respond to feedback on various platforms
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries
Maintain precise customer records and ensure timely follow-up
Support daily business operations as needed
Process orders, returns, credits, and exchanges with care and accuracy
Generate quotes, update pricing, and conduct stock checks
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM updates and reporting
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
Monitor sales activity across various channels
Perform general administrative tasks to support the broader businessWhat you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or sales admin role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident, helpful, and customer-focused attitude
Effective multitasker who remains calm under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with CRM systems
