We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage projects effectively. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, analysing market trends, and developing strategies that align with our clients' needs. This role requires a keen understanding of digital marketing, including email marketing and social media management, to drive successful campaigns. You will also be required to oversee exhibition management.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
2. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
4. Analyse market trends and client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling copywriting for marketing materials and campaigns.
6. Understand complex multi-core electric cable design and manufacturing processes.
7. Implement email marketing strategies to engage clients and promote services.
8. Oversee social media management efforts to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
9. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Manage and coordinate all aspects of exhibition planning and implementation.
11. Once established in the role, join the senior management team, supporting company operations and strategic initiatives.
Experience
1. A background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is highly desirable.
2. Proven experience in marketing and account management or a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering industry is preferred.
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate various tasks efficiently.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
5. Familiarity with copywriting principles and techniques is advantageous.
6. A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing and social media management, is beneficial.
7. Ability to analyse data effectively and derive actionable insights from it.
8. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
