They are looking for a Facilities Team Leader, to manage people at operational level to ensure that the teams respond to facility preservation & planned facility maintenance requirements: Facilities Team Leader Permanent Competitive 7:00am – 15:15pm Monday – Friday Nottingham Facilities Team Leader Job Description Leading & motivating the facilities technicians, hygiene team & site security to ensure they provide the best possible site service Supervise & support where possible all activities on site undertaken by team & contractors Planning & coordinating alongside the facilities manager site installations & refurbishment Inspection of the building infrastructure to determine the need for repair/renovations Assist with the completion of risk assessments as required to identify risks to health and safety and demonstrate compliance with statutory requirements, developing and monitoring control measures and progressing corrective actions through to acceptable resolution Facilities Team Leader Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Relevant qualification (NEBOSH, IWFM)/ BIFM) or experience in relevant discipline such as building management or building services Used to Leading facilities teams previously If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply
