Join Imperial College Health Partners as our Associate Director of Strategy and Insight and contribute to delivering on our mission to improve population health in North West London through innovation.
As an Associate Director at ICHP, you are a critical part of the Senior Management Team, providing leadership to the overall organisation. You are accountable for the directorate comprised of eight staff, comprised of individuals with both specialist and generalist skills. You will lead on key system relationships related to Strategy and Insight e.g. NWL ARC, NWL ICB Strategy Team. You have overall accountability for the development our the Strategy and Insight components of our ICHP Toolbox.
You will have a key role in providing in enabling the implementation and uptake of innovation and transformation across the healthcare system, being at the forefront of the delivery of mission and non-mission programmes.

Main responsibilities
• The role of Associate Director is to support complex change by bringing energy, expertise, and empathy to bear in the development, execution, and management of innovation projects.
• The roleplans and oversees project delivery and programme delivery and in particular our mission work, drawing on skills and practices relating to problem definition, scoping and planning, research and analysis, project management, and reflecting and learning.
The role also includes active participation in the development and culture of ICHP as an organisation, sharing responsibility for making ICHP a great place to work, and taking a specificmanagerial responsibility for the development and growth of colleagues and teams, and for the development and growth of the organisation in general.
