Role Overview As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) in Urgent Treatment Centres, you will play a key role in enhancing the capacity and capability of multi-professional teams. This is a dynamic, patient-focused position involving the assessment of health and clinical needs for a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive consultations, including taking patient histories, performing physical examinations, and using advanced clinical judgment to diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients. Prescribe medications or refer to primary/secondary care specialists following local protocols and pathways. Provide clinical mentorship and advice to junior staff members, supporting their development. Work autonomously to manage urgent care cases in alignment with local and national guidelines.
