Location: Brighton
Contract Type:Locum ongoing contract. Full time or part time will be considered.
Pay Rate: £25 per hour (assignment rate)

Duties:
* Work effectively as a team member in providing and facilitating a high standard of care.
* Offer advice, support, and education on healthcare to both patients and carers.
* Undertake a holistic assessment of all the patients’ needs and understand the routes for escalating issues.
* Work collaboratively with the integrated discharge team (IDT) and A&E staff in supporting discharges and the flow of patients through the acute floor.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist:
* Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy.
* Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist.
* Recent NHS experience.
* Registered with the HCPC.
