Job summary We are looking for newly qualified Nurses & ODPs and experienced Nurses & ODPs to join our Post Anaesthetic Care Unit Team Our friendly and supportive PACU department have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, patient focused registered nurse to join the team. Working within the PACU department provides opportunities to work with Elective and Emergency specialities such as the Gynaecology, Urology, Plastics, General Surgery, ENT and Orthopaedics cases and work out of the Department -ITU, Endoscopy and MRI. We have opportunities across Frimley Health and if successful, you may be offered a position at one of our three hospitals, as well as right here at Wexham Main duties of the job Assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating patient care pathways Delegation to and supervision of junior grades, unqualified and less experienced staff Working with members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team following local protocols, trust policies and standards Awareness of the effective management of resources within the department To participate in the provision of a safe environment for patient's undergoing surgery in the department.
