Day to day responsibilities You will be involved in a broad range of activities including the following:
* New business quotations, adjustments and renewals learning about different insurance products
* Input information onto our insurance broking system, Acturis
* Manage telephone calls both inbound and outbound
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers and suppliers
Person Specification
* Good standard of general education and literacy
* Willingness to be flexible, learn and progress
* Confident Acturis user
* Attention to detail with good self-management skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Reliable and supportive team player
