Summary:
As a Commercial Administrator, you will provide support to the Commercial Manager and Senior Management team with weekly reporting, KPI reporting and support analysis to other managers of the business. You will ensure the timely and accurate provision of management information, producing track sheets and invoices.
Specific Responsibilities/Tasks:
* To produce and process accurate track sheets, and invoices/sales.
* To produce commercial reports being completed in line within Doocey Traffic Management SLA’s.
* Process orders accurately, that are received from customers onto the Company databases (Doocey vision/Syrinx/Internal Systems).
* Collate information to produce profit and loss reporting, ensuring information is accurate and completed within a timely manner.
* Assist and resolve all client commercial queries, escalating where necessary.
* Collate clear and concise information for month end reporting utilising MS office packages.
* Ensure efficient support is given, in the running and maintaining of all office procedures.
* Ensuring customer records are kept in an accurate and timely manner.
* Any other tasks commensurate with the role, as and when required.
* Attend mandatory training courses as defined within the company training matrix.
* Keep up to date with legislation and record ‘Continued Professional Development’ (CPD).
Qualifications & Training:
* GCSE’s Grade 9-4 or equivalent
* Full driving license.
Technical Skills & Experience:
* A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Extensive experience within same role, or similar within the civil engineering sector.
* Self-driven, results-oriented, with a ‘can do’ attitude without compromising safety and/or compliance.
* Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including employees, management, regulatory agencies, and the community.
