I’m working with a great law firm in Gillingham who are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary. This flexible role (full-time or part-time) is ideal for someone who’s organised and efficient, and looking to provide vital secretarial support to a busy conveyancing team.

\nKey Responsibilities:

\n\t
* Audio typing of legal documents and correspondence.
\n\t
* Arranging client meetings and managing calendars.
\n\t
* Communicating with clients and third parties (estate agents, solicitors).
\n\t
* Filing and organising case files.
\n\t
* Assisting with general administrative duties to support the team.
\n
\n\n
What You’ll Need:
\n\n
\n\t
* Experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally in conveyancing
\n\t
* Proficiency in audio typing and MS Office.
\n\t
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
\n\t
* Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and external parties.
\n
