This role involves managing and delivering high-quality, client-focused bids across various sectors, including development, new build, fire remediation, decarbonisation, and retrofit works. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, technical expertise, and the ability to craft compelling, persuasive proposals that align with client requirements and industry standards. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in bid writing or business proposal development, ideally within the construction or housing sectors. Experience in preparing tailored proposals aligned with client needs and strategic objectives. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical, operational, and commercial information for high-quality proposal content. Develop clear, concise, and persuasive bid responses that align with client requirements and scoring criteria. Manage and maintain content libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across submissions. Ensure all proposals are compliant, well-structured, and submitted within deadlines. Utilise IT and design tools such as InDesign and Canva to create visually appealing submissions. Prepare engaging presentation materials for client interviews and bid pitches. Continuously improve submission quality through innovation and stakeholder feedback.
