What you’ll do : Maintain equipment by performing AM/PM activities, ensuring activities are completed on-time and executed according to the plan. Work closely with Maintenance Planner to ensure maintenance tasks are well documented. Conduct regular maintenance audits of equipment, identifying potential continuous improvement opportunities to improve PM program effectiveness. Provide leadership for TPM activities as assigned. Support the organisation and preparation of spare parts and other applicable materials required to complete maintenance tasks for planned maintenance periods and equipment rebuild program. Required to work during plant shut down periods to perform maintenance activities. Provide support to the manufacturing unit technical teams as required to ensure optimal equipment performance. Assist with technical development and training opportunities for unit technical staff on all shift s. Other duties as required to support the needs of the business. Requirements Minimum Level 3 in electrical or mechanical engineering (Or time-served experience ) Preferably held a technical role within a production environment Experience in a related plant maintenance environment, ideally maintenance activities related to production equipment within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Have knowledge of maintenance systems and procedures, ideally SAP. Knowledge of TPM manufacturing techniques. Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
