Client Profile:
* Partner with a leading player in the Software sector, driving digital transformation and sales excellence through cutting-edge Salesforce solutions.
* Contribute to projects that optimize sales processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive revenue growth for software products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage your expertise in Salesforce CRM and CPQ to design, configure, and deploy customized solutions that meet the unique needs of software businesses.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and IT, to gather requirements, define business processes, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions.
* Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points, streamline workflows, and develop strategies for maximizing ROI through CPQ enhancements.
* Drive the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from solution design and configuration to testing, training, and post-deployment support.
* Provide ongoing guidance and best practices to optimize CPQ processes, improve sales efficiency, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a focus on CPQ implementations, preferably within the Software industry.
* Strong understanding of CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting strategies, and quote generation.
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, customization, and integration with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
* Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.
