We seek talented individuals who can interpret data and collaborate with our Buyers and Designers to develop trend-driven product ranges.
Your role
Formulating Range Structure Proposals: Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and sales data to identify opportunities and develop range structures aligned with brand positioning. Present assortment plans, pricing strategies, and key product features.
Presenting in Formal Meetings: Prepare engaging presentations to communicate range proposals, articulate rationale, and address stakeholder questions confidently.
Appraising Performance and Proposing Strategies: Evaluate past performance, metrics, and supplier performance to identify strengths and weaknesses, proposing strategies for improvement.
Building Relationships with Suppliers: Foster open communication, trust, and transparency during negotiations and collaborations.
Planning and Reviewing Capacity, Production, and Fabric Reservations: Forecast demand, coordinate with suppliers, and review progress to meet production targets.
Maintaining Merchandise Systems: Keep data accurate, update contracts, and conduct audits to resolve discrepancies.
Guiding Trainees and Managing Tasks: Provide direction, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to develop team skills.
Controlling Spend: Monitor budgets, analyze spending, and negotiate terms to optimize costs.
Monitoring In-Season Performance: Track sales, inventory, and markdowns, adjusting strategies to maximize profitability.
