As a Paint Technician, you’ll play a key role in the finishing and maintenance of vehicles. If you love working hands-on and have an eye for detail, this might be the perfect role for you. THE ROLE Your responsibilities as a Paint Technician will include: Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning and sanding surface areas Select and mix paint colours to ensure an accurate match Apply paint to a high accuracy ensuring best coverage and adhesion Conducting paint checks on a variety of vehicles Identifying and repairing any paint issues found during checks Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard Keeping detailed records of all servicing and repairs THE CANDIDATE The ideal Paint Technician will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience: Prior experience in a similar role or industry ATA qualification or have at least three years’ experience working to the highest standards within a similar role NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3 in relevant qualification Attention to detail A friendly and approachable manner THE BENEFITS The benefits included with this role are: Over time available Bonus Scheme Cycle to work Scheme Thank you for your interest in this vacancy and good luck with your application.
