**Solutions Engineering
Work with the Design Engineering team on more complex customer challenges
Collect and report on customer feedback to improve product quality
Keep up-to-date with product developments and technological advancements
Analyse dormant accounts with the Technical Sales Manager, develop strategies to reengage with legacy contacts
Generate leads through online research, networking, and trade shows
Input into the strategy to win new accounts, and grow existing accounts
Use CRM & ERP software to manage customer information, track interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
Help coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and customer visits
Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, resilience when priorities change
Proficient in Microsoft Office, full UK Drivers licence
Contract: Permanent
Remuneration: £25,000 - £29,000 basic + discretionary bonus + company profit share scheme + benefits
