We now have an opportunity for a Receptionist/Admin to join the team. The role will be based at our Aberdeen branch:
You will be the first point of contact on the phone or in person, and will be responsible for administration duties, advising customers on the latest promotions to boost sales and making announcements in the branch.
The role will also involve supporting as a Cash Office Assistant, receiving, processing and reconciling card, cheques and cash payments.
You will also be responsible for contacting customers to follow up on outstanding payments, advising on current promotions, and chasing up orders.
Skills required
1. Strong administration skills and an eye for detail
2. An enthusiastic, confident and adaptable approach to carrying out duties
3. Be willing and able to assist with other depot tasks if needed
4. A head for numbers and an eye for detail
5. Having a flexible approach to working hours
In addition to your basic pay, we offer 30 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), company pension, free parking on site and supportive training and equipment to help do your role effectively.
