We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Directors in this busy and growing business. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisation and administrative skills, demonstrating a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This Personal Assistant role requires a professional who is able to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe is essential as is experience with document management and preparation. Manage and monitor executive inbox Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings. Manage corporate expenditure and services Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups. Working closely with and assisting other PAs and Executive Assistants Experience Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is essential. A focus on attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office programmes and Adobe PDF is essential Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. Able to work well as part of a team.
