The Position
Due to continued growth in our Glasgow office, we are looking to hire a new Electrical Service Coordinator. This Co-ordinator Job Opportunity will see the successful candidate work out of our Glasgow office in a permanent job role.
This Service Coordinator Job opening at HF will see you play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, effective coordination of our mobile Service Engineers' schedules while managing all on-site service concerns reported by customers. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, processing orders, addressing their questions and making sure every need is met promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities:
1. Job Coordination: Manage incoming service requests and schedule work efficiently
2. Client Communications: Handle service and update calls, liaise with clients, and maintain a positive client relationship
3. Scheduling and Optimisation: Allocate jobs based on engineer skill set, availability, and location to maximise efficiency
4. Project Tracking: Monitor job progress, ensure timely completion, and manage job costs
5. Quoting and Documentation: Compile quotations, manage client rates, and handle purchase orders and invoices
