Purpose As a RevOps Manager at Causeway, you will be responsible for building our commercial pricing function and orchestrating the alignment of our go-to-market teams. Your efforts will optimise revenue processes, drive operational efficiency, and fuel growth across the entire customer journey, from initial marketing engagement to renewals. In this role, you will leverage unified processes, technology, and data to ensure our revenue engine operates at peak performance. Responsibilities Revenue Process Optimisation Design and optimise full-funnel revenue processes from marketing to renewals Drive pipeline health through effective lead management, scoring, and routing optimisation Own sales productivity metrics and implement programs to improve win rates Introduce sales methodologies and cadences to accelerate deal velocity Lead customer lifecycle programs to maximise retention and expansion Revenue Analytics & Insights Develop a comprehensive revenue analytics and reporting framework Manage the revenue forecasting process and analyse pipeline performance Create data-driven insights to evaluate revenue performance and customer health Design and track key revenue metrics across the customer lifecycle Systems & Technology Define and execute the RevOps tech stack strategy and integration (Clari & Salesforce) Lead Salesforce and CPQ optimisation initiatives to enhance system performance Implement and refine sales enablement tools, driving system adoption and best practices Oversee data quality and governance across all revenue systems Skills, Experience, And Qualifications Essential Technical Skills: 5 years of Revenue Operations experience within a B2B SaaS environment Deep expertise in Salesforce and CPQ implementation/optimisation Strong analytical and data visualisation capabilities Proficiency in revenue analytics and forecasting Industry & Business Knowledge Extensive experience within the SaaS/technology sector Solid understanding of full customer lifecycle operations Experience with complex B2B sales motions Familiarity with sales methodology implementation Leadership & Personal Qualities Proven cross-functional leadership abilities Excellent project management skills Data-driven decision-making approach with a focus on process optimisation Demonstrated change management experience Additional Requirements Track record of improving sales productivity Experience with sales compensation design Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong stakeholder management skills Benefits As a leader in employee engagement and people management, there are fantastic benefits and rewards at Causeway.
