Are you passionate about sustainable building design and want to join a leading independent sustainability and engineering consultancy?
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Revit Technician who is keen to join our Building Information and Modelling (BIM) department.
Working closely with our M&E team, you will be based at our head office in Swindon which has good travel links to London, Bristol and Bath, with easy access to surrounding towns and villages across Wiltshire and the beautiful countryside in adjoining counties such as the Cotswolds.

Method operates a hybrid working policy so this will be a blend of the office and working remotely.
Salary range: £32k-£36k (Depending on experience)
Role and Responsibilities
1. Engaging with engineers to assist in the design of MEP systems and their design in detail
2. Developing skills in Revit, creating complex models
3. Detailed understanding of BIM and what its process involves
4. Knowledge and application of relevant standards such as be ISO19650 and BSRIA BG/6
5. Working in accordance with company processes
6. Creating detailed MEP drawings From RIBA Stage 2 through to Stage 4
7. Collaborating with engineers and external design team members to create clash free models relevant to the design stage
Experience and Qualifications
1. Previous experience of working within the construction industry, ideally within a design role utilising Revit
2. Knowledge of utilizing the BIM process
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to query design and provide constructive comments to both internal team members and external design team members at meetings
4. Excellent organizational skills
5. The ability to manage and prioritize own workload to meet deadlines
