Qualifications
Essential criteria
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification
* NVQ3 in Business Admin or equivalent
* RSA 3 typing/word processing or equivalent
Experience
Essential criteria
* Significant experience of working in an office setting, undertaking a range of administrative tasks.
* Significant experience of tracking and monitoring progress/compliance.
* Extensive experience of meeting deadlines
* Extensive experience of communicating and forming effective working relationships with a range of colleagues/teams
* Experience of working in a service improvement role
Skills
Essential criteria
* Competent user of Microsoft packages including excel, word, publisher, outlook.
* Knowledge of collating, theming and reporting data.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Competent in the organisation of workload and prioritisation
* Understand and apply confidentiality
* Competent in handling sensitive information.
* Competent in ensuring accuracy of data inputting
Desirable criteria
