Job Title: Associate Civil Engineer - Team Leader Location: Leicester, UK Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (Negotiable on experience) About the Role: Our client, a leading and high-performing consultancy, is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Civil Engineer - Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced civil engineer to lead, run, and grow their own team within a busy and dynamic environment. Associate Civil Engineer - Team Leader Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and technicians Experience in drainage design and highways projects is essential. Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Prepare and review project proposals, reports, and documentation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct site visits and inspections as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Ideally Chartered with MICE (Near chartered would be considered) Demonstrable experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
