West Midlands with 1-2 days a week working in the office.
£28,000 – £32,000 + Unlimited Holiday + Private Medical Insurance
What you’ll do:
* Manage qualitative & quantitative research projects, ensuring smooth execution.
* Be the main client contact, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
* Develop discussion guides, questionnaires & community task guides.
* Conduct qualitative fieldwork (e.g., interviews, focus groups, accompanied shops).
* Analyse data, create reports, and tell compelling stories with insights.
What we’re looking for:
* Agency-side market research experience (qual, quant, or both!).
* Passion for data – finding patterns and insights that drive decisions.
* Strong communication skills – comfortable engaging with people and clients.
* Critical thinker with a keen eye for detail (if typos drive you crazy, you’ll fit right in!)
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides & Google Sheets (SPSS/R/Q a bonus).
