We are currently recruiting fully flexible Temporary Baby Room Assistants.
As a Baby Room Assistant, you will be expected to provide a high level of customer service, help your Baby Room team achieve daily targets and ensure that the department is well stocked and well presented at all times. Successful candidates will work as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team. Till training will also be provided, as occasional till work may be required.
Baby Room shifts will consist of:
1. Customer service - Dealing with customers face to face, helping them to decide on the correct nursery product for them.
2. Car seat demonstrations - Correctly assisting with customers' needs for specific children.
3. Advising customers with products across the Baby Room Department such as travel systems, pushchairs, cot beds, and mattresses.
4. Being a friendly and helpful member of the Baby Room team.
Retail experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
* Nursery
* Customer Service
Our stores are open 7 days a week, and we need our Baby Room Assistants to be as flexible as possible to ensure that it succeeds. Weekends are our busiest trading days, so it is likely that you will be required to work on these days.
