Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Tender Specialist to manage supplier RFO processes, prepare quotations via manual quantification, markups, and take-offs of drawings and pricing, and liaise with the Sales team on project feasibility.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Review costs, prepare, and issue quotations to clients.
* Manage supplier RFO process.
* Clearly list clarification and exclusion notes.

* Commercial Awareness: Good commercial awareness is essential for this role, including knowledge of standard operating procedures and contractual terms and conditions.
* Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are required to ensure all quotes are correct and timely.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to liaise with colleagues and clients.
* Numeracy Skills: Good numeracy skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency are also essential.
