Required Skills & Qualifications 18th Edition Certification (BS7671:2018). Education: NVQ Level 3 Electro Technical Services in Electrical, or BTEC National Certificate in Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in: PLCs and 3-Phase motors. Fault finding and troubleshooting on industrial control systems. Reading and interpreting electrical drawings. Advantageous Skill: Knowledge of building MMC panels (not essential). Key Responsibilities Diagnose malfunctions in electrical systems, including LV circuits, motors, power, and lighting, using appropriate test equipment. Collaborate with the Electrical Supervisor/Manager to implement an effective preventive maintenance program for all electrical components and systems. Coordinate with other engineers for the installation of specialized electrical components to meet project requirements.
