If you're someone who instinctively knows what needs to be done - and gets it done - we want to hear from you We're looking for an executive support professional to work closely with our chief risk officer (CRO), enabling them to focus on their strategic priorities without distraction. You'll take ownership of key administrative and operational tasks, keep our risk transformation programme on track, and use technology to drive efficiency across the team. This role is perfect for someone who: Takes initiative and enjoys working independently Excels at organisation, diary management, and strategic support Understands governance and regulatory frameworks (specific sector experience is not required, but awareness is a must) Is enthusiastic about housing, customers and really making a difference Is tech-savvy and committed to using technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CRO Manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, and stakeholder communications Oversee the progress of risk-related projects and ensure key initiatives stay on track Use data and insight to drive smarter decision-making Prepare reports, presentations, and governance documents Support regulatory compliance and governance processes Champion innovation and efficiency, ensuring processes are continuously improved What We're Looking For Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency with digital tools and workflow/project management software (e.g. Asana is a plus) A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work flexibly What you need to know Your main office location can be either Tewkesbury or Norwich and you will also have the opportunity to work remotely; travel across the whole of our geography will be required on occasion. You do not need to have a driving licence, but you do need to be able to travel independently to our offices. A basic DBS check will be required.
