Teacher/Progress Coordinator
Required: September 2025 (or earlier)
Salary: L7 - L11 (£58,117 - £64,130)
Preference for Teacher of Maths, Science, PE or Geography, although teachers of all subjects are encouraged to apply.
We are excited to be looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and committed teacher with proven leadership and management skills to be responsible for leading Progress Teams in securing good academic progress and conduct across designated year groups. The person appointed will work closely with other school leaders, will be a crucial member of the pastoral team and will ensure that students in their year groups are equipped with cumulatively sufficient knowledge, skills and cultural capital to succeed in life.
The successful applicant will be an outstanding practitioner who is passionate about teaching, committed to working together, sharing ideas and will be skilled in interpreting data.
