Senior Mechanical Engineer - North Yorkshire

Your Role:
* Take the technical lead on mechanical design projects from concept to production.
* Develop innovative engineering solutions for complex subsea applications.
* Produce detailed designs, calculations, and documentation to ISO 9001 standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Provide technical support to production, sales, and customer service teams.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
What You'll Bring:
? A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
? At least 3years' experience in mechanical engineering design.
? Strong knowledge of structural analysis, materials science, and power transmission.
? Proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and Finite Element Analysis (ANSYS).
? Understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, and NDT requirements.
? Ability to solve problems, manage projects, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
