An Executive Officer in the Contracted Field Support Team will:
Directly support the Contracted Field Support (CFS) Team with their duties.
Provide support to wider Field Army Equipment Operations pillar.
Monitor, track, validate, and pay supplier invoices using the MODs Finance system.
Conduct financial analysis, scrutiny, and reporting against the monthly Defence Business Service (DBS) reports.
Facilitate and complete secretarial duties for monthly and quarterly meetings.
Provide advice, guidance, and approvals for the use of the NRRRC and DRS contracts.
Receive, process and track work tasking requests, changes to delivery dates, customer complaints, and maintain the equipment and authorised demander registers for the Service Provision Transformation Contract.
Develop and maintain Front Line Command work tasking trackers and pipelines.
Collect and collate management information and data management for the CFS enabling contracts and be responsible for the administration, record keeping, ongoing development and maintenance of the CFS SharePoint site.
Produce monthly ad-hoc reports for line management and divisional Equipment Support Branches based on the data supplied by contractors.
Gather and consolidate service level verification data and produce trend analysis reports for the service provider.
Carryout ad-hoc business and office management requests.
