Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update the donor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
* Support the fundraising team with data management, reporting, and analysis.
* Process donations and assist with the coordination of fundraising campaigns.
* Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
* Assist with donor communications, mailings, and event logistics.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
The Successful Applicant
Key Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong administrative skillset.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
* Experience with CRM systems is desirable, but not essential.
* A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
