ABOUT THE ROLE This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast past but exciting environment and has a passion for luxury apparel. Communication and organisation is critical in this role to ensure the smooth coordination of product development and production critical paths, sample submissions, and production timelines with a focus on Bamford's quality and sustainability standards. With strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive informed decisions, you will be able to show good interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role is full time, 40 hours per week. Salary 32,000 - 35,000 per annum. RESPONSIBILITIES Liase with mills and factories for the deliveries of raw materials, supplies and receipts of finished products to meet key production dates. Coordinate the seasonal buy by liaising with factories and stakeholders on sampling and production fabrics/trims (from raw materials to finished goods) Create and manage Purchase Orders for sampling and bulk raw materials in line with critical path deadlines Manage replenishment of continuity styles and Bamford staff uniform Be the main point of contact with Distribution and Supply Team for range sampling and production providing all necessary information from supplier and ensuring the best deliveries Responsible for SKU management by creating all SKU's on system ensuring product is categorised correctly for reporting Update seasonal and price reduction pricing Support the merchandising function by preparing sales reports to inform the buyer Fully manage shipments from third parties Seasonally monitor levels of stock for trims and labels and replenish where necessary Manage an accurate tracker of all production payments per season/supplier/coo to help the department monitor expenditure Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision. SKILLS YOU WILL BRING 5 years' experience in a similar role. Previous experience within luxury womenswear. Knowledge of brand/fabric supplier/manufacturer processes Logistics experience Good interpersonal and communication skills Thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and able to respond calmly and effectively to unexpected changes or challenges. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
