Teaching Personnel is excited to partner with inclusive secondary schools in Sutton, South London, seeking experienced SEN Specialist Teachers dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences for students with special educational needs. These roles are integral in supporting students with a range of needs, including autism, dyslexia, and other learning challenges, within a nurturing and structured environment.
The ideal candidate will:
* Deliver personalized and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN requirements.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
* Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and teaching assistants to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
* Show flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of the school community.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with a background in SEN support.
* Previous experience working with SEN students in secondary settings is essential.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
