Interim HR Manager – Change & TUPE Specialist (12mth FTC)
We’re looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our client and play a key role in delivering strategic people initiatives across the UK business. As a trusted partner to leaders, you’ll provide expert HR advice, drive change, and enhance the employee experience.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Centres of Expertise to roll out new HR initiatives, support organisational design changes, and lead on TUPE transfers. Your ability to coach managers, embed people policies, and drive accountability will be essential in fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies, coaching them to improve capability and business outcomes.
* Lead on organisational change, including restructures and TUPE transfers, ensuring smooth transitions.
* Provide expert guidance across all HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, reward, and engagement.
* Drive the successful delivery of cyclical HR processes and new initiatives.
* Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve people practices.
* Ensure compliance with employment law, HR policies, and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven HR experience, with a strong generalist background.
* Expertise in leading change initiatives and TUPE transfers.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Ability to analyse complex issues and deliver practical HR solutions.
