Pay Range: Up to £33,000 per annum + uncapped bonus
Job Description: Reed’s vibrant Scientific hub in Oxford is expanding! We’re on the lookout for two driven Recruitment Consultants to make a significant impact in the scientific sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
3. Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice.
4. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
