Experienced Sales / Business Development representative required to join the team of our client based in Rochester.
Working within the manufacture and installation arena, this role will sit within the service team - so progressing customers that have purchased the product from them and offering service solutions to both existing and potential new clients.
You will build upon existing client relationships, whilst increasing revenue and growth. Key aspects of this role are customer satisfaction, providing aftersales solutions to them, and building a pipeline of prospects. You will need to have a full and in-depth understanding of the products and service offerings the company provides to be able to sell to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain client relationships.
2. Increase revenue and growth through sales.
3. Provide aftersales solutions to clients.
4. Develop a pipeline of prospects.
5. Travel to meet clients and visit client sites.
Qualifications:
1. Strong sales background, ideally in HVAC / Kitchen Ventilation or related industry.
2. Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
