Job Title: French speaking Customer Service & Onboarding Administrator
Location: Lichfield, Office-Based
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum
Our client is a leader, renowned for their exceptional products. Our client's team is passionate about delivering the best experience to their suppliers and franchisees. We are currently seeking a dedicated French-speaking Customer Service & Onboarding Administrator to join their office in Lichfield.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and professional assistance.
* Offer detailed information about our products and services.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Onboarding:
* Guide new franchisees through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
* Support potential franchisees from their initial inquiry through the entire onboarding process.
* Conduct welcome calls and provide necessary training and information to new franchisees.
* Administration:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our client's CRM system.
* Prepare and manage onboarding documentation and materials.
* Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve any onboarding or customer service issues.
What we're looking for:
* Native level fluency in French essential
* Previous experience in customer service essential
* Additional experience within administration, Recruitment, or onboarding advantageous
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
