We are currently seeking a dedicated French-speaking Customer Service & Onboarding Administrator to join their office in Lichfield.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and professional assistance.
3. Offer detailed information about our products and services.
4. Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
5. Onboarding:
6. Guide new franchisees through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
7. Support potential franchisees from their initial inquiry through the entire onboarding process.
8. Conduct welcome calls and provide necessary training and information to new franchisees.
9. Administration:
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our client's CRM system.
