Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Static Site (Salisbury)
Holiday: 24 days + 8 Bank Holidays
Call-Out: 1 in 4 (with £100 standby and pool car provided)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a rewarding role with excellent benefits and a great work-life balance? We are recruiting for our client, a respected employer in the facilities management sector, who is looking to hire an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site team at a well-established commercial property. The role offers a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum, with an attractive benefits package, including 24 days of annual leave, 8 bank holidays, and the potential for additional earnings through a 1-in-4 call-out rota.
Electrical Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring electrical systems are fully operational and compliant.
Quickly identify and resolve electrical faults, providing efficient solutions to keep the site running smoothly.
Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain high standards of safety and ensure that all electrical systems comply with regulations and company policies.
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance to prevent issues before they arise.
Documentation: Keep accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, fault reports, and repairs for internal reporting.
Experience: Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, ideally within a commercial, retail, or facilities management environment.
Qualifications: 17th or 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations, along with an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (C&G Lv3 or NVQ Lv3 etc.).
Skills: Strong fault-finding abilities and a good working knowledge of electrical systems and plant equipment.
