Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 staff nurse at Langworth ward Witham Court. Langworth ward is an 18 bedded acute assessment ward for older adults experiencing mental health problems associated with dementia.
The ward is challenging, fast-paced, and offers excellent opportunities for professional development. The Older People and Frailty Division has recently embarked upon extensive service re-modelling and refocus of the clinical pathway to align with a psychological model of working. This is in line with evidence-based practice in dementia care and will form a continuous pathway with the Dementia home treatment team.
