Job Description A care business based in Beverley is currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger to join their Finance Team. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £35,000 based on experience and qualification, as well as 32 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), should the individual be looking for this. This role also offers attractive working hours of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, alongside a modern office and working environment, as well as free, on-site parking. Working within the Finance Team you will be an integral part of the business supporting the general finance function and day-to-day responsibilities, working closely with the CFO. Key responsibilities for the Sales Ledger will include: Payroll including RTI, pensions and HMRC reporting Credit control General bookkeeping including VAT, bank postings, etc. Bank reconciliation Sales and purchase invoicing Payment runs General finance responsibilities, as directed and required To be successful in this Sales Ledger opportunity you must: Have previous experience in a similar finance position Be able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a small team Capability to be able to learn new systems and processes quickly Be customer-focused and have excellent communication skills AAT level 4 or studying This role is easily commutable via car from Hull, Market Weighton, Goole, Pocklington and Driffield and surrounding areas and offers free parking on-site.
