About the Role
Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Residential Turnaround Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care home management team, you will be responsible for managing a medium-sized residential care home for older persons in West Yorkshire, easily commutable from surrounding towns.
This role offers a fantastic salary of £50,000 per annum, reviewed annually. You will have the opportunity to work with a reputable care provider and develop your skills and expertise in care home management.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of carers to deliver high-quality care services
* Develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs
* Monitor and maintain the overall well-being of residents
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in managing residential care homes
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Degree in Social Work or related field (Desirable)
