People and Payroll Systems Project Manager
College location: East Surrey College and John Ruskin College (Selsdon)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (subject to qualifications, skills, and experience)
Hours: Full time: Monday – Friday 08:45-17:00 or 4 days a week (Flexible on days)
We are seeking a dynamic People and Payroll System Project Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of our people and payroll system.
In this exciting role, you will work closely with the Director of People and Culture to identify the appropriate system and develop a comprehensive project plan for recommendation to the Executive. Once the system has been approved, you will work with other stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration with existing systems and processes whilst addressing and resolving any issues identified.
This is a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to drive transformation in how we manage our workforce and payroll processes.
The successful candidate must have:
* Experience in the implementation of HR and Payroll systems
* Proven track record of project delivery
* Experience of delivering organisational change projects
* Knowledge and understanding of UK pension and payroll regulations
* Minimum of Maths and English GCSE / L2 equivalent
* A Project manager, HR or Payroll qualification would be highly desirable
