A Technical Administrator is required to join a plastic injection moulding business based near Aylesbury. In this role, you will be an integral part of operations, handling technical queries and delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team and Service Engineers, supporting the entire order life-cycle from processing to after-service. As a Technical Administrator you will be required to - Build a working knowledge of product details and services offered Address and resolve incoming technical queries from customers, identifying their needs and ordering spare parts. Manage customer relationships from initial enquiry to resolution. Schedule Service Engineer visits, manage diaries, book hotels, and process expenses Coordinate the import and transportation of parts and products. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation. Ideally you will have the following skills and experience - Previous experience in administrative support within a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics or plastic injection moulding Proficiency in using Sage and ERP systems. Strong customer service skills, ideally with a technical background Excellent attention to detail.
