Job Description:
* Lead the implementation and maintenance of an effective and robust Management System at the headquarters, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
* Update policies and procedures to align with ISO requirements, incorporating new standards and ensuring compliance with legislative obligations.
* Act as the Lead Internal Auditor, overseeing the annual audit schedule for headquarters and ensuring the continued effectiveness and suitability of management systems.
* Conduct risk reviews, gap analyses, and develop improvement plans to support both business objectives and customer requirements.
* Lead assessments of environmental aspects, impact resilience reviews, and the integration of environmental risks into policies, plans, registers, and reporting.
* Support the management and maintenance of dedicated compliance software applications (e.g., Qpulse) to monitor and ensure legislative and systems compliance.
* Assist in delivering QEHS inductions and training to enhance employee awareness, reduce risks, and promote a culture of compliance.
* Support the execution of the Global ESG Strategy, particularly the Climate Action Pillar, ensuring appropriate data analysis and reporting mechanisms are in place to track and reduce environmental impact.
* Assist senior leadership in liaising with external organizations and regulatory bodies on matters related to ESG and compliance.
Skills & Experience:
* Educated in a relevant technical area (quality management degree or equivalent)
* QA experience working in a FMCG manufacturing or brand organisation.
* Medical device exposure or auditing to ISO31485 desirable
* In-depth knowledge and experience of ISO 9001, 14001, and other ISO management systems.
* Trained ISO auditor and experience in training other auditors.
* Progressive knowledge and experience of implementing Management Systems and change management activities to achieve certification.
* Experience in developing and embedding a positive QEHS culture.
