Morgan McKinley is working with a lovely growing business based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area who is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will manage the finances for the business, everyday transactional finance, updating HR records, payroll, month end / year end accounts etc. This is a great varied Finance Manager role.
Salary: £47-£55K
Location: Office based, East Grinstead - free parking onsite
Finance Manager Duties:
1. Everyday accounting duties such as credit control, purchase ledger, and sales ledger invoicing
2. Supplier and bank reconciliations as well as month end
3. Processing payments and expenses
4. Cashflow management and budgets
5. Financial reporting and analysis
6. Monthly management accounts
7. Assisting with year-end and VAT returns
8. Supporting with HR records, payroll, and reviewing company insurances / facilities
Skills and Experience:
1. Experience of working in a similar Finance Manager type role
2. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
3. Good IT skills, using MS Excel and accounting systems such as Sage
