Neighbourhood Officer
Hybrid pattern: 3 Days in office (potentially 2 days in the office after the intial few months)
Full time hours: 35 hours per week
Temporary Contract: 9 months (potential for temp to perm)
This Neighbourhood Officer role requires a FULL UK Driving Licence with Business Insurance

2. Update void reports and spreadsheets for General Needs Voids
3. Co-ordinate allocations and voids for the housing team, liaising with prospective tenants, interviewing applicants, seeking references
4. Responsible for end of tenancy pre-inspections; assisting with booking home visits
5. Oversee void processes: such as chairing and recording weekly void meetings; liaising with surveyors, etc.
6. Support resident involvement activities, including consultations, surveys, service promotion, and updating publications or website content
7. Assist with housing services administration, including tree works, budgets, tenancy audits, tenant profiles, parking permits, and related projects
8. Support former tenant arrears collection, liaise with solicitors, and provide information for the Operations Manager
