Field Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite technical support and service for customer equipment, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Install, repair, and maintain a range of equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components.
* Conduct equipment tests and performance evaluations to ensure optimal functionality.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
* Document service activities, including detailed reports and relevant customer interactions.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
* Openness to working overtime and staying overnight as needed to meet workload demands.
Qualifications:
* 70/30 Electrical Bias
* In-depth knowledge and experience in electrical, electronics, PLC (Siemens S5/S7) systems, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
* Strong technical background with experience in equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
* Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and diagnose technical issues efficiently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments and challenges.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
