Are you a proactive, highly organised professional looking to make a real impact? Step into an integral role as Executive Assistant to our Managing Director and Founder, supporting strategic projects, optimising workflows, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
About the Role
In this multi-faceted position, you'll blend personal assistance, project coordination, and team facilitation, enabling our Managing Director to focus on high-level strategies. You’ll have ownership of key tasks, creating a streamlined environment that allows the MD to delegate confidently and focus on growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Task Prioritisation & Planning: Conduct weekly task-planning meetings to review and organise the MD’s priorities, both business and personal.
* Diary & Schedule Management: Comprehensive calendar management, with daily focus check-ins to align on priorities and address potential obstacles. Always one step ahead in reminding the MD of tasks, emails, and projects by priority.
* Representation & Communication: Act on behalf of the MD in various capacities—responding to emails, calling clients, setting agendas, coordinating communications and overseeing accountability across company projects and teams.
* Project & System Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, business expansion efforts, presentations, and proposals aligned with the MD’s vision.
* Meeting Coordination: Organise and attend meetings on behalf of the MD, take minutes, assign actions, and ensure follow-ups.
* Workflow & Efficiency Improvement: Identify ways to enhance processes, propose proactive solutions, and track progress.

* Industry Experience: Experience or understanding of the events catering industry is a plus.

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
