This role will be a pivotal part of the customer service team - and this team is an absolutely fantastic one to be a part of! This is a supportive team who love where they work and enjoy what they do, which is infectious across the office. In this role, you will actively be a main contact between the company and key clients.
Location: Heywood
Salary: Dependant on experience
Main Duties:
1. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and their key accounts
2. Manage and resolve a wide range of account queries
3. Improve and develop the service offered to clients
4. Communicate any billing issues from managing agents to the billing team
5. Manage data and report on this
6. Look at competitor trends and report this to senior management
7. Support back office with after sales support and customer care
8. Attend off-site client meetings
Person Specification:
1. Excellent organisational skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Computer literate with Excel and Outlook skills
4. Able to work as part of a team and individually
5. Industry experience (ideal)
6. Account management experience
